We help children improve their gross motor skills

Physical therapy helps children reach their maximum potential to function and promote active participation in home, school and the community. Our physical therapists have expertise in movement, motor development and body function. We help children with their gross motor skills to help them reach their developmental milestones by improving their core strength, balance and endurance.

Potential Benefit

A child may benefit from physical therapy if parents report:

  • My baby prefers to only look in one direction.
Or my baby is getting a flat spot on their head.
  • My child prefers to only walk on their toes
  • My child appears to be a little clumsy and trips or falls a lot
  • My child looks awkward when he/she walks or runs
  • My child “W” sits (or sits with their legs out to either side)
  • Any known medical diagnosis
